Been with this service for a year and a half. They have good speed (a speed test gets the full 800up, 7.6MB down, in central palmerston north). Once there was an outage and we lost our internet for a week, but were reimbursed for this (it was also a problem out of their control). Very occasionally the internet will stop working for 10 minutes or so, but no real problems. |
