We\'ve been with compass wireless in Tauranga for two years now after leaving EOL due to poor voip quality.Voip has been much better but downloads are slower and vary depending on the time of day.Customer service has been poor via their Auckland office with usually no calls returned or answered.The service has been generally good but seems to be getting slower. A recent email problem took nearly a week to sort out which is unacceptable.I seem to get between 1 and 2 MBs on the 2 MB plan. |

I have a friend who is registered with compas yet his e-mail is nettle.co or some such thing.(grahamgrange@nettel.co.nz?) Mail sent is returned as not known and mail sent to nettle etc the same.. It is a real bothsh up... WHAT is going on ??? robbiej@clear.net.nz |
